Online Education for NY State Clerks
We offer 60 OnDemand webinars approved for 1 IIMC approved CMC point and 1 RMC point for all New York State Municipal Clerks. These courses are designed to be accessible 24/7, to best meet your schedule needs. They are self-paced, and "on average" two hours each. Each webinar is a combination of PPT slides, narration and an occasional video. Assessment questions are embedded throughout each course, so you don’t have to wait to the end of the course to take the assessment. You have up to 365 days from the day of purchase to complete each course.
Select the course(s) you would like to take, move them into the cart, and pay via credit card. You will receive a CONFIRMATION e-mail immediately which serves as your receipt. If your city/town does not have a credit card, as a last resort payment by check is an option. To pay via check: at checkout, scroll to bottom of page, select COD (cash on delivery). Our customer service associate will create and email you an invoice so that you may mail a check. After the check is received, the courses are released to you.
